My client bought a traditional Tudor home but wanted a modern look.
We got started! New floors thought out the main and upstairs levels united the several existing floorings. The stairs were renovated with clean lines and a modern feel.
Rooms were given new identities to better suit my client’s entertaining needs. The living room was crafted into an intimate conversation room adorned with graphic art. The dining and family rooms open to each other and the patio allowing free flow between the three spaces. In the dining room, columns came down along with a traditional fireplace surround resulting in an open, airy feel and a gorgeous floor to ceiling marble fireplace surround flanked by contemporary wall sconces. The large live edge dining table comfortably seats ten. The family room changed from country to WOW with the tray ceiling lined with custom stained planks and stunning lighting. A comfortable leather sectional reclines with a push of a button. The kitchen table is perfectly placed to enjoy the amazing views.
