After leading her own business since 2004, Paula has developed group seminars and individual coaching programs to help others grow into the leaders they wish to become––in any industry. Her approach is informed by her background in psychology partnered with her business knowledge and experience.

Paula earned her Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Rochester’s (U of R) executive MBA program. Paula directed programs at the U of R Medical Center and the largest behavioral health network on the east coast before becoming CEO of her own company.
At the U of R, Paula specialized in group leadership and dynamics. She taught graduate level students the theory and culture of groups and is the past president of the Rochester Group Psychotherapy Association. With her advanced knowledge and skill in this area, coupled with her studies on organizational culture and leadership development, her career catapulted into coaching by being asked to provide it.
Paula experienced her own evolution into a highly respected leader. She’s been there: she knows personally and through advanced training, the leader comes from within, learning, growing, evolving. Paula is a sought-after leadership coach and speaker at conferences and events. Her speaking engagements include two sponsored national seminar tours.
