Please be as specific as possible with your product identification.
Include the vendor, style number or code, product description, finish,
size, quantity, and any other identifying information. If a fabric
selection is required for an upholstered good, please do so and
include the fabric name and colorway. Attending to these details
will ensure you receive an accurate price quote. Paula Grace Designs,
Inc. will be unable to provide a price quote unless all customizing
elements are complete. The price quote is honored for seven business
days.
For an inquiry, you will receive an estimate via email. The estimate
may be converted into an invoice at your request within three business
days.
For a purchase, you will receive an invoice via email. You will
have the ability to pay with your credit card. Once payment is received,
your order will be processed. Subsequent emails will follow with
information regarding expected delivery date. If your merchandise
requires a Receiving and Delivery Company, the name and contact
information will be provided.
